Exchange Policy
At Amroop, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy exchange process. Please carefully read our exchange policy below:
- Exchange Request Timeframe:
- You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product. After 48 hours, no exchange requests will be accepted.
- How to Request an Exchange:
- You can submit your exchange request by either:
- WhatsApp: Send a message to customer care no. 98918 89180.
- Email: Write to care@amroop.com.
- Please include the following details in your exchange request:
- Order ID
- Product Name you want to exchange
- Reason for the exchange
- The product you want in exchange
- Confirmation of Exchange Request:
- Once your exchange request is reviewed and accepted, you will receive a confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or Email (depending on the mode you used to submit your request).
- Packaging and Return:
- Before handing over the product to the pick-up person, please ensure you take clear photos of the product both inside and out. Send these photos to us via WhatsApp at 99999999 or via email at care@amroop.com.
- Failure to send these photos may delay the processing of your exchange as our team uses these images for inspection purposes.
- Return Inspection:
- Please note that if any product other than the one originally purchased is returned, or if the product is found to be damaged or used due to misuse or mishandling, there may be a delay in processing your exchange or it may be rejected.
